The management team hear is exceptional. Thank you Jennifer, Miriam and the former manager Evelyn. I had financial difficulties do to my car breaking down and not being able to work. I got far behind. I communicated with the management team and they stepped up to help. They worked with me every possible way to help me not lose my place to live. The manager Evelyn who originally helped me went to manage a different complex during the middle of this and I thought this is it, the new manger is going to evict me. That did not happen. Jennifer came in with compassion and stepped it even further. This Team cares. Again, I can't say this enough. Thank you. Thank you for listening and all the help you gave me. Jennifer, Evelyn, and Miriam are the best.

I have lived here 3-4 years and after a rough couple years with this complex switching management every 3-6 months, Evelyn and her team have come in here and turned this whole place around! It took some time but I am glad a management team has come in and taken the bull by its horns and changed this place for the better!

Although we had to cancel since we weren’t ready to make the commitment just yet, the staff, specifically Lillie was phenomenal. We were treated with such kindness. She was informative and attentive to anything we needed. I would recommend the complex to friends and family solely for her amazing customer service! Even when we told her we had to cancel, we were still met with that same kindness we were greeted with when we first walked in.

I am thinking about moving here! The apartments are beautiful and the staff are amazing!! Once my lease is up, Aspire on Thunderbird will definitely be my next place!! The personal washer and dryer for each apartment just makes it even better!! They are renovated and pretty cheap!!

I visited this community, as I have family that will be relocating to AZ, and thoroughly enjoyed my tour. The representative that assisted me, Lillie, was full of knowledge and her kindness was unmatched. I will be back with my family to have them take a look for themselves and check out what they have available in the next month and a half.

This is a great place to stay! Evelyn, the manager is amazing! She really goes above and beyond for her tenants. There were a few maintenance request, and she took care of them in a heartbeat! Not only did she take care of the maintenance problems, but she also followed up with me to ensure I had no other repairs/services that need to be done. She is always smiling and in a good mood which makes it a comfortable place to stay at. I recommend these apartments for anybody staying in the Glendale area. I’ve been living here for 2 years and have had no major issues with my apartment!

Second year living here I enjoy satying here the office property manager Evelyn and Anna are some good people Evelyn works with the community it not there fault that the community doesn’t keeping the complex clean but want to complain don’t talk bad or give false reviews the community does not help but other wise aspire thunderbird is wonderful place to me and to stay 💯💯
