I'm a new resident and we had a hot water tank issue and the maintenance guy named Daniel was very efficient about replacing it with a new water heater.

I have lived here 3-4 years and after a rough couple years with this complex switching management every 3-6 months, Evelyn and her team have come in here and turned this whole place around! It took some time but I am glad a management team has come in and taken the bull by its horns and changed this place for the better!
