The office staff were really friendly and the area looks very well kept the people nake it a welcoming environment!!!

Although we had to cancel since we weren’t ready to make the commitment just yet, the staff, specifically Lillie was phenomenal. We were treated with such kindness. She was informative and attentive to anything we needed. I would recommend the complex to friends and family solely for her amazing customer service! Even when we told her we had to cancel, we were still met with that same kindness we were greeted with when we first walked in.

I am thinking about moving here! The apartments are beautiful and the staff are amazing!! Once my lease is up, Aspire on Thunderbird will definitely be my next place!! The personal washer and dryer for each apartment just makes it even better!! They are renovated and pretty cheap!!

Loved the property and the new finishes, Lillie was extremely helpful with all my questions and the hospitality she had given; even the team. I can’t wait to rent here when I start college!

I visited this community, as I have family that will be relocating to AZ, and thoroughly enjoyed my tour. The representative that assisted me, Lillie, was full of knowledge and her kindness was unmatched. I will be back with my family to have them take a look for themselves and check out what they have available in the next month and a half.

Came in for tour on a Saturday. Leasing specialist Lillie is very informative about community. And knowledgeable about renting, safety within a community, and market analysis:). I'm looking forward to a possible move to the neighborhood!
