New place to live. Just remodeled with new aapliances. Staff is very freindly & helpful.

This is a great place to stay! Evelyn, the manager is amazing! She really goes above and beyond for her tenants. There were a few maintenance request, and she took care of them in a heartbeat! Not only did she take care of the maintenance problems, but she also followed up with me to ensure I had no other repairs/services that need to be done. She is always smiling and in a good mood which makes it a comfortable place to stay at. I recommend these apartments for anybody staying in the Glendale area. I’ve been living here for 2 years and have had no major issues with my apartment!

I toured the community and it is very well kept. Definitely a place to call home. Staff office Ana and Evelyn had great customer service & very pleasant!

I called to get information on process and application. I was able to apply online Friday, approved Sat and keys on Tues.
