APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Glendale

I've lived in Aspire for about 7 months and have seen a drastic change in this place with the new property management group. Maintenance actually complete their work orders, the office staff are personable, and they've handling all of the weird activity as well.

I've been in this apartment for 5 months now and since I've been here I've had issues with my resident portal. In comes new management and the assistant manager worked tirelessly to help fix my resident portal issues. I am super stoked that the management here will spend their time to get what needs to be fixed fixed.

I’ve lived here over 3 years and have seen a lot of things improve in the last year. The staff is great.Maintenance is also good. I plan to renew in November as long as the rent doesn’t go up too much!

Excellent customer service from both ladies in the office any time I need anything. Maintenance is quick as well. Property is looking better every day!

The new office staff has really improved and made really good changes the past 6 months, love living here thanks Valerie and Jennifer the manager!

The staff is professional. The amenities are great. Washer and dryer, gym and package lockers! I enjoy my apartment and the community feels safe.

The management team hear is exceptional. Thank you Jennifer, Miriam and the former manager Evelyn. I had financial difficulties do to my car breaking down and not being able to work. I got far behind. I communicated with the management team and they stepped up to help. They worked with me every possible way to help me not lose my place to live. The manager Evelyn who originally helped me went to manage a different complex during the middle of this and I thought this is it, the new manger is going to evict me. That did not happen. Jennifer came in with compassion and stepped it even further. This Team cares. Again, I can't say this enough. Thank you. Thank you for listening and all the help you gave me. Jennifer, Evelyn, and Miriam are the best.
